We’d like to warmly welcome St Andrews PS into the Wellbeing Instruments community! The school have installed one of our Grand FIVE instruments in their playground. Beautifully placed near the main entrance of the school allowing all students access before and after school and of course during recess and lunch breaks. The students have been thrilled with their new musical equipment, and the staff are equally pleased with the positive impact it’s had on the school community, sparking creativity and joy throughout the day. It’s currently been used as part of their universal wellbeing strategy.
The gentle melodies created by the students create a calming space for the students to play and grow. During our recent visit to the school, we met with Principal Hayley Styles who commented on how lovely it was to hear the students playing on the instrument after school as they wait for their parents in the school yard.
